Alongside the independent courses (BA, MA, Magister) i a variety of forms of institutionalisations of Gender Studies teaching exist in the German speaking areas. Some are integrated into disciplines. Others are organised as study priorities where students can obtain a certificate. Again others function as supplementary courses. Because of the Bologna process these institutional forms of Gender Studies will have to be adjusted.
