The Committee of Women’s and Gender Studies Institutions in
German-speaking Areas is divided into several working groups. These groups
discuss issues related to content, structure and higher education / research
policy, all of which Gender Studies are confronted with. Currently, the following
working groups exist:
- Core Issues
- Canon Building in PhD programmes
of Women’s and Gender Studies (PhDs)
- Technoscience
- Institutionalisation (and
the aim of continuity) of Gender Studies
- Multimedia
